Life Practice Counseling Group is a non-profit counseling agency offering affordable and low cost counseling to the Greater Sacramento, Folsom and Roseville areas! They now accept Healthnet Medi-Cal, Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal, California Health and Wellness Medi-Cal and Aetna Medi-cal Healthcare insurance for the Sacramento Areas.
To fulfill my graduate and pre-licensure experiential hours, I spent one year practicing in-person counseling services to families, couples, and individuals at Life Practice. I was able to practice Medi-cal compliant services including billing, note-taking, and screening. I found that my favorite populations are couples and families — that working with systems in place, we can find support , healing, and reconciliation.
